The site is reasonably flat and compact so easy to get around for those with mobility problems and those with small children. There will be priority parking for those with mobility problems close to the festival site. There are wheelchair/easy access toilets in the festival village. Personal Assistant tickets, viewing platform access, accessible parking and assistance dog can now be requested.

What we offer?
We are willing to send out a free ticket for any individual who requires a carer or personal assistant to attend the festival.
On top of that we also offer a viewing area for the main stage specifically setup to accommodate those individuals. Access will only be allowed with appropriate wristbands, and only one assistant/carer will be allowed to accompany the individual. These wristbands will be given to both parties on arrival at the festival from the main box office. ID is required to obtain the wristbands.
We also have accessible parking available at the festival and parking information will be emailed out ahead of the event if required.
Assistance dogs will be permitted and an access request can be submitted via the form.
How to Apply
Please note: The free carer/personal assistant ticket may not arrive at the same time as your purchased ticket due to the orders being received separately and therefore potentially dispatched separately. Applications may not be able to be processed after 5th May 2019, please don’t delay in submitting to avoid disappointment.
